Rob Armstrong, our head chef is constantly changing and adapting our menus according to the seasons, quality of local produce and, most importantly, customer requests. Our local produce lunch menu has been particularly popular and is available Tues - Sat, 12 - 2.15. Not only is it exceptional value it enables you the customer to try innovative dishes made from quality ingredients without breaking the bank!

 

At Sunday lunch we offer a choice of freshly roasted sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, leg of lamb & loin of pork all served with fresh seasonal vegetables. A fresh fish dish, chicken & vegetarian option are also available as well as a selection of starters & desserts.

 

Debbie, our dessert chef, is equally innovative with the dessert menu. Many of our regular customers return again and again on the strength of the quality of her bread & butter pudding with crème anglaise, chocolate brownies, banoffee Eton mess or Baileys brulee to name but a few. Her homemade ice cream receives a host of accolades. Many customers say it is the best they have ever tasted!

 

We are also very happy to provide set dinner menus for any occasion. Celebrations are our speciality- birthdays, anniversaries & weddings as well as business lunch & dinners. We are happy to tailor make a menu to suit your requirements - just ask!
